These terms apply to anyone reading innovatehub.online. They are short, because the site does two things: it publishes checklists, and it links elsewhere.

What this site is
Innovate Hub publishes general information and worked examples about a category of video game. It is not the official site of any game or publisher, not a review publication and not connected to any government body. The about page sets out who publishes it and how coverage is decided, including the commercial relationship behind the one title named here.
General information, not advice
Pages here are general information. They are not advice about your particular circumstances, not legal advice and not financial advice. The worked examples use figures invented for demonstration and marked as such; they describe no actual product and are supplied so that a reader can run the same calculation on real figures of their own.
Product information changes
Games change constantly. Prices, in-game shops, published rates, system requirements, features and terms are revised without notice, and classifications may be reviewed. Nothing here should be treated as a current statement of what any game contains or costs. The publisher’s own site and the game itself are the authoritative sources, and an Australian classification should be read at the Australian Classification Board rather than anywhere else. This site publishes no prices, rates or classifications for exactly this reason.
Links to other sites
This site links to an advertiser and to Australian public bodies. Those sites are run by other people, and ITmatters s.r.o. does not control their content, availability, terms or what they collect. A link is a pointer. It implies no relationship other than the affiliate arrangement expressly disclosed on the affiliate disclosure page.
Paid links
Links to Raid: Shadow Legends are paid. If a reader follows one and then registers, installs the game and starts the tutorial, the affiliate programme pays ITmatters s.r.o. a fixed fee. Readers are charged nothing and no purchase is required. Every such link is marked where it appears. Any relationship you enter into with a game publisher is between you and them; ITmatters s.r.o. is not a party to it, holds no account and can do nothing about one.
Using the material here
The text, layout, code and original graphics belong to ITmatters s.r.o.. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link is fine. Republishing pages in whole or in substantial part, or reproducing the site’s design, needs written permission. Game names, logos and trade marks referred to belong to their respective owners.
Availability
The site is provided as it stands and may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or for reasons outside this publisher’s control. Pages may be changed, corrected or withdrawn. Where a correction is made, the review date on the page is updated.
Liability, and what cannot be excluded
The Australian Consumer Law gives consumers guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by any contract term. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law, or under any other law that cannot be contracted out of, and any part of these terms that would do so does not apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
Subject to that, and so far as the law allows, ITmatters s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information here, from an inaccuracy or omission in it, from the site being unavailable, or from anything on a site reached through a link. Where liability can be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to supplying the information again.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where ITmatters s.r.o. is established, and its courts have jurisdiction. This does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where a reader lives, including the Australian Consumer Law for readers in Australia, and does not affect the right to complain or bring proceedings where that law permits.
Changes to these terms
Revised terms appear on this page with a new effective date and apply from then. Continuing to read the site after that date means reading it under the terms then published.
